To ensure our customers have full coverage of what technologies are being used where, we need to quickly identify new technologies out there on the internet.

We do this by looking at what calls to other websites millions of businesses make, giving us lists of thousands of potential new technologies we're not tracking.

Every month we'd take the top thousand websites in that list and visit all of those sites to see if they were anything interesting for us to add to our database.
